"I am a curvy plus size rider, so I have a limited selection of breeches from which to choose. I bought these hoping for a breech that was a little more sturdy than the cord style I usually buy. I couldn't be happier with them. They stretch just enough, but are a nice "substantial" weight fabric. They wash great (but I don't put them in the dryer), are comfortable and super flattering. I bought both the blue and brown, and they are both really attractive patterns and colors. Wish they had more colors!"

"I love these breeches. I bought them in brown and blue. The fabric is great but most of all I like the fit. It is perfect for riders with a small waist. The length is on shorter side so do not put them in the dryer if you do not want them to shrink. I have them of only couple of months so I cannot really comment on durability. But so far so good."

"These breeches fits me perfect, the fabric is stretchy and thick enough. Perfect for fall or spring riding. I absolutely love them. I am size 28 5'7" tall. Most breeches size 28 are too big around my waist and too tight around my tights. These are perfect fit for me. They sit just below my belly button. So they are not low rise. I think they shrunk in length after I put them in a dryer but it does not bother me. They look great and are very comfortable while riding because the fabric is soft and stretches nicely. I got them in brown and it does not show dirt. I will order them in blue too."

"I agree with most other reviewers of these breeches in that they are quite beautiful, sturdy but stretchy, fit nicely except for the ankle closure which is far too wide but manageable. They are most suitable for mild temperature riding as they are too heavy for hot weather riding. The quality of construction looks good though I did have to snip off some stray threads. I have worn them several times and washed them with no problems."

"These breeches are super cute, fit perfectly, and have a very flattering cut! I got them in the brown tweedy color and love the way they look. The vertical seem just above the full seat area was loose when I got them but it will be easy to go over the area and tighten up the stitching so I am not too concerned about that but gave them four stars instead of five because of that. Other than that one issue, the price was amazing and they are very very very comfortable, I could wear them all day. I will probably buy another pair, they are so nice."

"This is a well made pair of breeches, and very attractive. I decided to send them back because I found them high waisted. Now keep in mind that I have the shortest torso in the world. I prefer low rise style breeches because they fit me like regular breeches fit most people. But I wanted to try them because they are really nice. So I would have kept them if I was a normal sized human. :)"

"Extremely pleased - didn't rate durability as I've only washed them twice, but came out beautifully both times. Love the fit - not the low rise that so many breeches have changed to and give me muffin top! Very good looking as well - the check is discrete enough to add style without being in your face. Very comfortable to ride in - so glad I tried them. True to size."

"These breeches are comfy, durable, attractive, launder well, feel great in the saddle, and most importantly they come in my size (36), true-to-size. I found the velcro closures at the ankle a little loose for me but I have slender ankles (the only part of me that's slender). Bought the navy/black plaid, it's very subtle, looks like solid navy from a distance. Because of my full figure, I like the fact that there isn't much color contrast between the breech fabric and the full-seat fabric. As comfortable as my riding tights, and warmer for fall/winter."

"Had numerous full seat breeches shipped at the same time, hoping 1 or more would work for me. Truly loved a pair with leather seat, but at 3 times the cost of the Katrina, plus the added difficulty of specialty washing, it was a no-brainer to choose the Katrina breeches. Sent the others back (thanks, SmartPak!) and ordered a second pair of the Katrina breech. The fabric was just the right weight for my preference, the subtle pattern is flattering, love the feel in the saddle. Would recommend to anyone. Fit seemed true to size. Only gave it 4 stars on durability due to poor stitching on the binding at the leg opening which allowed the binding to separate from the leg fabric after one washing. No big deal to me, just stitched it back on! The second pair has had no issues."
