"I bought this as a graduation present and was very impressed with the quality and brightness of the custom photo top. The inside had a nice lining. It really made a great gift. The whole process only took a few extra days and I had my order within ten days of first placing it. As mentioned, just don't forget to email your photo to Customer Care!"

FYI~when ordering make sure you go into another site to download photo for customization other wise they will send without asking for your photo info! Very confusing and frustrating!!"
