"Five stars all around for Smartpak's customer service: after trying the Wellfleet square-raised hunter bridle twice (problems with the caveson both times), they allowed me to apply the purchase price towards this Antares and even sent it to me before I had returned the Wellfleet. I have an Antares saddle and this bridle matches my saddle perfectly. Though I marked it as running small, it is just barely too small. My Thoroughbred/Hanoverian has a very dainty head and usually wears a cob size; I ordered the cob size in this bridle and am on the last holes all around. I was afraid if I went larger, the noseband would be way too big, so I kept it. Based on some other reviews, i thought it might overwhelm his small head, but it looks beautiful on him. My only other note is that on some areas, the protective coat on the leather prevented some areas from oiling darker. It isn't too noticeable, but I wish it were more uniform. All in all, though, it is a beautiful bridle and after two uses, was very soft and supple. My trainer is thinking of getting this bridle for her eventer too. I highly recommend it."
