Antares Sellier France specializes in custom made saddles and fine equipment for horses, backed by decades of experience and improvements.The Antares Dressage Girth is padded with?soft calfskin on the underside and lined with memory foam for the ultimate in comfort.?Exterior is textured grain leather. Leather velcro closure?shield protects?the buckles from dirt and also creates a very smooth look while containing the billets. Additional billet keepers below the velcro shield.?Double ply?elastic on both ends. Dee ring at the middle and decorated with black tonal fancy stitching.

"Bought this girth because it came in a short enough length for my non-warmblood, 15.2 thoroughbred eventer. It was soft and flexible out of the box, but it doesn't feel so soft that it will wear quickly. The velcro flaps over the buckles are great - they give a neat appearance and protect my legs from rubs. The girth is nicely padded without being overly bulky."

"This girth rubbed my horse completely raw. I only used it once and it was enough to rub all of the hair off and some of his skin from his elbow area."

"This girth has a spot on each end that is very stiff and sticks out a tiny bit. It is right before the flaps that cover the buckles. The quality is good, and it is possible that it just was the wrong size or something, but it rubbed my horse raw. I Have used this girth for 2 years, with some sheepskin over the ends, but it looks messy and is a pain to keep the sheepskin in the right place.
I am looking for a new girth."
