"My mares look absolutely fantastic after four months on Smartvite Mare Grass Pellets! Everyone is asking me what I am feeding them. They are on a whole grain diet...whole oats and some alfalfa pellets, plus free choice pasture and grass hay. They are out 24/7, and look like pampered show ponies. They are carrying their late term foals with more tone, their coats absolutely glow, and they just couldn't look any better. This is really a great product! They could be the cover girls for the picture of perfect health."

"I thought this was going to be just what I needed for a very easy keeper but my mare would not eat it and nothing I could do would make her even try it. It has a very strong smell. Just to see, I tried feeding it to the Gelding she lives with and he would not touch it either."

"My rescued, black PMU mare started looking bleached out days after she foaled. I began the supplement and now she back to getting so dark, she has dapples. She had an unusually large foal that was feeding frequently and for long periods. I think the filly was just draining her nutritionally. I am so happy with this product that I am starting my mare that was bred last month on it. It does have a strange smell and I had to add a handful of sweet feed into her ration so that she would eat it."

"My mare loves these pellets & I put her on these
the last trimester of her pregnancy, 2X a day, & she foaled 1 week early, & her filly was born standing straight up in her pasterns. Mare had plenty of milk, & snapped right back in shape like she had never had a baby, & this is her 8th baby in a row! I've never seen my 11 year old broodmare in such good shape & feeling so good after foaling! The filly is big & super healthy! Both are the peak of health & shiny coats. I've had such good results on these vitamins, I am definately keeping her on these all year round for the next baby. The iron & calcium levels are really helping her with the demands of producing a lot of milk for such a big baby! I would recommend these vitamins to anyone with broodmares. The price & quality can't be beat!!!"

"We've been using this for our mare for a couple of months. I was really glad to find a product that is specifically for horses on grass hay, but she doesn't like the taste and hasn't been finishing her grain since we started putting it on her grain. Unfortunately we can't get to the stable every day, but when we can we put the grain she doesn't eat in with some soaked alfalfa cubes because the hay quality hasn't been great this winter. Today, I drizzled molasses over the leftover grain and she lapped it up. We will continue to use it, but I wish it tasted better."

"This is the perfect supplement for our pregnant mare. Unfortunately she doesn't like the taste of it, but she's figured out that it's always on her grain so she has to eat or go hungry. If she leaves some, I just make some bran mash in the pan and she laps it all up."
