My 17-year-old gelding has funny little patches of winter hair that don't shed out, so I tried this supplement. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped with that at all, and I have to clip them off. But it does help him hold his weight over the winter, between the fatty acids and the digestive support. He's not a picky eater at all, and licks it all up.

My TB gelding was a little "ribby" and I wanted to add some extra fat to his diet. This is a great supplement! Not only has he gained some cover over his ribs, but he's shiny and his hoof quality has improved!

I originally looked at this product for my 4 yo dutch warmblood that I just wanted to burnish up his coat a little bit. After reading the reviews, however, I purchased it for all 3 of our horses, one of which gets very itchy and dry skin over the hot months, and will sometimes get these dry patches and hair loss on his lower mane. All of the scrubs and ointments never worked, but this supplement knocked it out in about two weeks. All three of the horses are gleaming and have I'd say 4-5 times more dapples than they ever had before. Plus it smells like brown sugar...delicious!

After trying many expensive products and supplements, SmartOmega 3 has finally been the answer to resolving my mare's itchiness and dull coat! Economical and tastes good. I highly recommend this for a beautiful and healthy coat!

My horse Colonel struggles with no see-ums and mosquitoes and even flies. Upon the recommendation of very knowledgeable and very nice SmartPak representative she suggested this product and recommended I start it early in the bug season to get it in his system. Lo and behold he still has his fur! This time last year he was practically bald and miserable. This year is a complete difference!

I started my older horse on the SmartOmega3, after he had his back shaved for some injections, to help with the hair regrowth. The vet said it would probably take up to 6 months for it to grow back in to where you could not see the shaved area. However, after just a little over two months on the SmartOmega3, you can hardly tell where the area is! Plus his coat looks so slick and shiny!!! My guy has never looked better! He can be a picky eater, especially with powder supplements but he loves the taste of this. Thank you, once again, SmartPak!!

I started my older horse, who had to have his back shaved for injections, on SmartOmega 3 to help with the hair regrowth. Wow! What a difference in not just the growth but the shine and health of his coat and skin. The vet had said that it would take 6-8 months for all the hair to fill back in. But after a little over two months on SmartOmega 3, you can hardly tell where he was shaved! He also usually has problems with rain rot but, even with the wet, wet spring that we've had, no signs of rain rot since he started the SmartOmega3. His coat is so shiny and slick. He looks fabulous! Thank you SmartPak!

I've been using this product on my QH broodmare who came to me in terrible shape - her coat was terrible looking and she now looks fabulous! She has more shine and gleam than I've ever seen on a horse without using some kind of expensive solution daily. LOVE THIS!

I got my grey tb about 2years ago from a field where she really was kind of forgotten about. Not really brushed or anything and was allowed to grow (what a tb can grow) a coat for the winter. She had all kinds of crud that shampoos couldn't quite get rid of and daily 40min groom sessions couldn't contain. I started her on the smartomega to help with her skin, thin mane/tail, dull coat, and sensitivity. TBs are famous for swelling with the tiniest nick or bug bite, this product has helped sooooo much for everything named. I would definitely recommend to a friend, and my girl is a picky eater. She sometimes leaves some at the bottom of the bin but adding some bran mash or mashed up carrots or applesauce and she gobbles it right up. Switching to the smartbug off for the summer to see what happens!

I started using this product to help my mare's light case of sweat itch. The fly season isn't here yet but I have noticed an improvement in the texture of her mane/tail. It's soft and has elasticity now. Also I have noticed that her itchy tummy has decreased by quite a bit. So I"m hopeful for this season that we have found some relief for her sweet itch with the benefits of a gorgeous mane and tail and coat color.

Thank you for such a great product and wonderful customer service. I originally just wanted to try Smart Omega 3 for just one horse, but I was so pleased with the results that now all of my horses are on this. They all have such a nice healthy sheen to them, and I know its working from the inside out! I love my horses and want only the best for them, so thanks for such a great product!

My 18 year old Arabian gelding has always been itchy, rubbed all over anything possible, and had fairly bad dandruff. This product greatly improved not only his dandruff, but also the overall health and sheen of his coat after only a few weeks. He's still a little itchy, but I'm hoping with more time on this product will continue to improve.

I was purchasing several of the ingredience in this product seperately which was very costly. Now I just buy SmartOmega 3 Ultra and my horses are getting all the good stuff and more in one product. Similar to people our horses could use more Omega 3s! I will likely always supplement with this.
