"I love these clippers! Very quick to charge and a charge lasts about an hour of clipping. They were quiet enough that my 9 month old filly did not mind them too much. They come in a great case to protect your investment too! My only downside would be that I would have preferred to have a little grippier surface but I can live with them as is. A good investment."

"This set of Oster battery clippers is very easy to use, and since they are battery operated it makes them very convienent to take on the road to horse shows."

"We use these cordless clippers for minor show prep for cattle and prep in dehorning calves. The clippers cut smooth, are not noisy, stay cool and are very light and functional and easy to handle esp in tight areas. The only drawback is the battery life only gets me through clips of 2 calf faces for dehorning prep before I have to recharge."

"I really do love these clippers! The battery life is very generous, and the quality of the clippers is outstanding. They clip very well, and very smoothly, and hold up very well to regular clipping work. I have a friend who owns some of these who actually body clips her 14.2hh horse with them! I wouldn't recommend clipping a show horse or big warmblood with these, but for a backyard clip of a smaller horse I think they work great. I use them mainly for sock/leg clipping, bridle path, face, tail, etc and in the tricky areas such as the elbows when body clipping. Oster is a great brand, you really can't go wrong with them, whatever item of theirs you buy!"
