SmartHA® Plus Gel
SmartHA Plus Gel provides targeted joint and connective tissue support for the hard-working horse. This potent formula contains Hyaluronic Acid, an integral component of joint cartilage and joint fluid, and Silica, a trace mineral that is essential to healthy, resilient connective tissue.SmartHA Plus Gel is ideal for offering extra support during times of stress. We recommend feeding this gel before, during and after a clinic, show or other strenuous event, in addition to your horse?s daily joint supplement. One syringe provides three servings; each serving contains 130 mg of Hyaluronic Acid and of 250 mg Silica. SmartHA Plus Gel is tasty but sugar-free!

"My Morgan mare is 30 years old and gets ridden lightly at a walk. I tried this product on her and it seemed to have helped her some. I would use it again. The only thing about it is the bad taste! She was not happy with it and I felt bad giving it to her. Other than the taste, it's a good product."

"My older QH has a good bit of arthritis in his knees and hips. On bad days he moves very slowly with great deliberation. After trying HA Plus gel on one of these days, he seemed to 'loosen' up a bit and move more freely and with less pain. All I want is for him to be comfortable and happy and I think I've found a supplement to give me hand in making this happen."

"My 25 year old Paint gelding has arthritis in his right front leg. With SmartHA Plus before I trailer him to whatever adventure we're off to, he is happy and mobile! No stiff turns and he wants to GO, GO, GO. Of course I keep him in check, but I enjoy our trail rides much more knowing that he is enjoying them as much as I am, being pain free!"

"We give this product to our 22 year old arthritic western pleasure gelding for 2 days before a show and the day of the show and it helps him to move more freely and stops the popping in his hocks. He loves his job and this makes him more comfortable."

"I have been using this product since the begining of this year. I give one-third tube before a show, one-third of a tube during the show, and one-third of a tube after the show. My horses perform wonderfully with out a hitch. It has really made a difference in our performance horses when the demand is so great at a Combined Driving Event and for traveling."

"I got this gel free, which was nice. The tube is a good size and the dose is not too much or too little. I'm not sure my horse likes the taste, but he's generally afraid of having tubes forced into his mouth. So, in that way, it's a good training tool for desensitization :) The question is whether it works. I'm not sure whether I have used it enough to really know or if it works in one day. I haven't seen a large difference, but he wasn't horribly sore the next day after a big workout!"

"This is another great product from SmartPak! I got my first tube of SmartHa Plus Gel from a promo code SmartPak offered, and I was hooked. I used it on our 20 yr old rodeo pick-up horse after a three-day weekend rodeo. He's an older guy, and usually gets sore and stiff after working hard all weekend. But when I gave him SmartHA Plus Gel, he didn't seem to get the least bit stiff after the rodeo. Amazing! I will deffinatly buy this product again and again and again!"

"My dressage horse is already on a joint supplement with HA, but I like that this product lets me give him a “boost” of hyaluronic acid before, during and after particularly hard work like a clinic or show. And the fact that it also contains silica is a real “plus” because I worry about his tendons and ligaments with all the collection he’s doing now. There’s hardly any smell or color and horses accept it well. Very easy to administer (even with three doses in a tube) because the tube is small and fits my hand well. Love the consistency of the gel too, very easy to push out yet not runny."
