"I can't say enough about this blanket. It fit my doberman perfectly. Some blankets let the wind get in underneath and flip it up. This stayed down even during play. It is well made and extremely attractive. I highly recommend it."

"My 12 yo Rottie mix refuses to play outside in the winter cold of Steamboat Springs, CO. Since we are moving there, I figured a coat couldn't hurt him! It fits him perfectly (I measured him before ordering), and although he is deep-chested, the velcro straps are plenty long enough and have good grip. He has a long body, so the second strap doesn't seem to be at risk for being peed on!!! He hasn't romped around in it yet, so I can't really give an accurate review about it's durability, but it seems well-constructed. Also, I think I read a review that said it was stiff when they received it. I didn't find that to be the case-it seems plenty malleable to me."

"Nice blankets! Purchased multiple of these and also passed on to some friends who also bought some. Nice features as described and nice color too that doesn't show stains. Prefer more of a "bellyband style" rather than 2 individual straps on belly for larger sizes though to stay in place better."

"The coat is a great value. It's a bit stiff but I'm sure with some more use it will soften. The coverage is very good, too. I agree with other reviewers that the girth/band is placed a bit too far back. We have a little dog (7.5 pounds) and the girth is very close to his private area. I try to adjust for the poor girth placement by trying to snug up the coat in the neck & chest area. Perhaps they'll change the design eventually?"

"This is a really nice blanket for the price (I have MANY dog coats!). The color looks so fabulous on my black Doberman.
The only fault I will give it and to give a heads up to other male dog owners is the second belly strap is fairly far back and the dog may end up peeing on part of the blanket. Depending on how he pees and whether or not he lifts his leg. My partial solution to this will be to criss-cross the straps so they are a little more out of the way.
Otherwise I love this blanket :)"
