"I am prone to sore shoulder muscles, stuff neck and tight lowers back. This shirt solves all these problems! Although the fabric feels heavy, it is not that hot. The size does run large and I would recommend ordering a size smaller than normal."

"I have a pulled tendon in my shoulder from having a horse spook on me. I have some good days and not so good days with throbbing pain.
I started accupuncture to see if it would help and has to some degree. While this shirt is very warm, I do feel some relaxation in my shoulder and back muscles wearing it. I use it to sleep in and definitely feel some relief after sleeping in the shirt. It's my 'go to' shirt when I am having pain that I supplement with other modalities."

"I bought this for my boyfriend, who is a farrier and comes home with sore shoulders from shaping steel all day. I've worn it a lot too, my shoulders also get sore from riding! It is a nice thick, soft fabric and very comfortable. I have noticed that it does keep me warmer than a regular shirt, but neither of us have noticed a significant improvement in our soreness. It is a nice shirt, but I haven't had as much success with it as some other reviewers."

"I gave one of these T shirts to my husband for Christmas and He liked it so well that I had to buy one for myself. I am so glad I did. I wear for my night shirt every night I wouldn't go with out it. My shoulder have been feeling so much better I can hardly believe it. It you are considering on buying on the ones that I get run big for there size so I would recomend that you order a size small than what you usually wear."

"I bought this shirt about a week ago. When I got it I was expecting a small to fit me like it normally did, but when I opened the package the small was HUGE. I would recommend to definitely go down a size when you buy this item. The texture of the shirt is great though, and I can't wait to try it out."

"I use the Back on Track saddle pad on my horse and he loves it, so when SmartPak offered this for people I jumped on it. Unfortunately, my issue is lower back pain and the write-up about this t-shirt specifically says it's best for neck, shoulder and upper back issues, that the shirt has to physically come in contact with the particular body part in order to help. When I first put it on then, I laid on my back so that the shirt DID touch the skin of my lower back and I have to say I got up from that position pain-free. But from then on I've just worn it like a regular t-shirt (sitting, standing, walking, etc) and although it's very soft and fits well, I don't feel it working like it did that first day. I think I'm going to have to invest in their ceramic back brace to really help my lower back."
