"I actually found these to fit totally normally. Or at least normally in terms of my usual underwear sizing. I always buy one size up from the size that's listed on the size chart as "my size" to provide for shrinkage and also because I'm not a fan of skin tight underwear. I wear a 6-8 in pants and thus bought a size Medium (8-10).
I agree with the poster that mentioned the padding should go maybe back a bit farther. Where it begins is fine but maybe an inch or two more toward the rear would be nice (without it being the full butt padding of other underwear), but it still did the job I needed it to.
Only worn once so can't comment on durability. I also question whether the price needs to be quite so high on something like this. $20 seems much more reasonable. But there are surprisingly few options on the market for a product like this."

"To properly cover the most sensitive areas, the padding should extend another a half-inch or inch to the rear. Otherwise, the fit is great, it seems to be well made, and the padding is effective in the area that it does cover."

"the fit on this underwear is terrible. Size Large has leg openings suitable for a small child, while XL is so big the padded portion is up around your navel! Totally unsuitable for me-and I wear a size 10 jeans....."
