"I should have read the description more clearly, the whip is longer than I wanted, and is also a different design than I am used to. I don't care for the smooth plasticy looking style. Also - hard to tell from the picture, but the whip itself is gray, NOT black (the handle and the lash are black). As a dressage rider, I'd much rather a black whip. The quality does seem good, but it's not what I was looking for. I will be returning this one."
