I purchased this as a Christmas gift, and am surprised by the great quality. It is a nice weight and size. The only thing I think could be improved on is communication with the company. You send the photo to Smartpaks, and they then ship it to the company. If the company had sent me a proof prior to engraving, I would have requested they better center my horse's head in the cameo. Otherwise I am very happy with the necklace.

This is my new favorite gift for all my friends. The quality is amazing, details are awesome, chain looks to be durable and pendant has the weight of a quality piece.
Best of all, it looks and feels to be three times the price off which it actually is, and the turn around is fantastic! I recieved the necklace in less than two weeks! Purchasing more for Christmas!
