"I used to love Ariat breeches but I had to return these. They were advertised as mid rise but they were low rise. I am frustrated that Ariat does not make any regular waisted breeches any more. These breeches were way small (I ordered the size I always order in Ariats). They were as I said, very low rise and short in the legs. I am not very tall so if someone ordered these that was over 5'6", I can't imagine how short they woujld be. I won't be ordering any more Ariat breeches because this is the 3rd pair I have tried in the last year without any success or satisfaction. These manufacturers really need to get together and agree on sizes for show clothes. As a consumer, I am tired of guessing whether to order big or small with hunt coats and breeches and shirts."

"Love Ariat's fabric, but these do run small, order up a size and you will be set. Never dissapointed with Ariat, they wear and wash great. Use these for schooling and in-house shows."

"These are nice breeches, but, I was disappointed when I tried them on. They run very small. I ordered the same size that I wear in my TS and I would need about 2 sizes bigger in these. They are also very short. The quality seems great and they would, no doubt, be awesome breeches for the more petite ladies. Not for us ladies with hips and rears!"

"I bought two pair, one tan and one navy. I bought two size 26 and found I needed a smaller size, so I returned them for a size 24. They fit pretty well, and look good on, and I get compliments.
However, they feel like they are being pulled down a little when I ride, unless I wear a belt to secure them....it's sort of an odd feeliing, but not a big problem. I have thin thighs and small hips and a thick waist relative to my thighs and hips, so maybe my build contibutes to the breeches fitting the way they do.
The fabric is nice quality and very suitable to California winters as well as hot weather. I love the euro seat. The tan and the navy are both attractive colors.
The two pockets in front are at a slight slant and have hidden zippers.
So,they look great on, are well made, are made of good quality stretchy fabric, have great design, are well priced, run a liitle large, and are easy to care for."
