"Purchased the lace ups after the zipper split on the same style but zip-up boots. (I got a full year of daily riding/cold hosing/bathing/clipping/scrubbing/barn chores out of the zip-ups.)
The lace ups fit just like the zips did. Quality out of the box - they won't need much "walking/wear time" before being completely broke in and ready for rides."

"I am so impressed with this boot. Right out of the box it isn't too stiff and feels like a high quality paddock boot. I love that its waterproof too. I did think they ran a little small. My normal size is an 8.5 and I had to get a 9. But great boot for the price!!!"

"I've had these boots for about three weeks. They look like they are going to last and are comfortable to wear on and off the saddle. I ordered them without trying them on first, and to me, they run just a little bit large. Time will tell how well they will hold up but, so far, I am very happy with the purchase."

"I was in desperate need for a new pair of paddock boots but didn't want to spend a fortune ( yet I still wanted a good product that would withstand the elements of outdoor riding!) "I have been around horses my entire life, therefore, I've had many pairs of paddock boots. I wear paddock boots just about everyday for casual riding and barn work. A few months ago I bought a pair of paddock boots, but I was a little disappointed, they started to show signs of wear very quickly. I put them up for sale! Then I began looking for some new boots. I have always heard Ariat had a very good reputation, but I've always been a little hesitant because Ariat products seem to come with a price tag. I found these boots which were surprisingly very affordable. I am 5'4 and petite, I ordered my usual size US: (7) and they fit perfectly! Not only are these boots beautiful, but they're very durable and super soft inside and out. These are also a great value. Most ariat boots are at least $100 it seems, these are really a steal. They are not too high or too low (length, wise) they fasten easily and the hooks are not too large. In the past, I've had trouble with hooks on the laces sticking way out and tripping when the laces of the opposite boots get intertwined. I am not currently showing, but even if you were they are perfect. I think once you get Ariat boots (or anything, really.) you can't go back to the other brands!"
