"These were a great buy! I do a lot of trail riding, so I try to buy durable items that are comfortable especially in hot humid weather, and these breeches certainly meet the criteria. I am also a bit on the short side, but a medium fit great. The only thing I would say that I disliked about these breeches is the price, but you definitely get what you pay for which is a good thing!"

"I am 5' 5" and weigh 128 lbs. I ordered the medium. The thighs were baggy on the outside seam. The crotch was "intrusive." The bottom of the legs is not the same fabric as the rest of the breech which was surprising and I felt was rather cheap. The waist was tight. I normally wear a size 28 or medium in breeches. If I had gone up a size for the waist and crotch, the legs would have really looked hilarious.
I love the look of these breeches and wanted some for two years! I finally purchased them only to be very disappointed. Smart Pak is GREAT!!! They are letting me return them for free and I am ordering a different brand instead."

"The FITS Laura Breeches are a huge disappointment. I have been disgusted with the sizing inconsistencies between manufacturers, but am even more disgusted when the inconsistencies occur with the same manufacturer.
As I have learned not to trust sizing charts, I ordered both a Large and a Medium. The Large is so big and weirdly cut that it looks like a pair of 1920s jodphurs. The Medium jams up into the crotch, then bags and pleats along the hip line and rear ... What body model are they using over there in India??? Oh, wait a minute ... 'jodphur' / India ... now I get it ... (but that doesn't explain why they look like well-fitting breeches and not jodphurs in the catalog ...)
Another issue with the Medium pair I received is that it is sewn unevenly at the zipper area, which
could lead to a very nasty zipper pinch!

"I was late in trying these because i think they look goofy. A friend said I would love them, so I bought the pewter and really liked them. They are really much more comfortable. Now I have the brown. I like those better, the fabric seems a little different and has a slightly tighter fit.
I would really like white for showing in this exact breech. i like this seat vs. what the other ones sound like. I prefer a synthetic seat. Generally cooler and much more cost effective.
Please make white in the smae fabric as brown!"

"I absolutely love these breeches, and I am not a FITS person generally because I don't care for the ribbed fabric. These breeches are made from a really comfortable, stretchy, and flattering fabric. I have a pair of the knee patch version of these (the "beka") that are now about 3 years old and I am pleased to say that they have held up under a lot of use, I just wanted a second pair with a full seat so I can mix it up a little. Would highly recommend!"

"I can wear these for hours without them stretching out in the seat, or putting permanent indents in my calves under my boots ( from velcro closures). The are not as well made as I would like, however, and did show some thread wear at the waist within a week. They fit true to the size chart, and are not available in long or regular sizes but fit my long waist somewhat well."

"Yes you do need one size larger. Would be a 5 star item if the denim material went further down the leg for a better fit. My legs are thin. Sewed a stirrup on the bottom to keep them from riding up. My friend has heavier legs causing the black mesh material to show well above her boots. Can't recommend to a friend because of this."

"I was disappointed in these breeches, there is very little give in the waist. I normally take a Large in the Fits, but in this style the large was too small in the waist. In the XL, the seat was baggy. They will be going back. Fits did not get something right on this product."

"Was very excited when this style came out as I have become very spoiled and only wear FITS breeches despite have many other brands in the closet. But these are just sub-par. The material feels nice, so like the other reviewers, it must be the cut... but these were very uncomfortable, especially in the crotch area. Please rework the design FITS."

"These breeches are extremely small fitting compared to the other Fits breeches. There is no comparison in the sizing and they are probably 2 sizes smaller. I will be returning them for a refund. They look very nice otherwise and I was very disappointed. Their size chart is all wrong."
