I love this saddle! It is my first time owning a Wintec and I could not be happier.
The saddle is very comfortable and I love the equisuede material - it really helps to "stick" you to the seat. When I first saw it I thought it was going to be very hard to keep clean, but it wipes clean with just a dry cloth, or a sleeve - whatever is on hand.
Another thing that was really great about this saddle is that it was very easy to break in. I remember my last saddle being very uncomfortable to break in - especially the stirrup leathers - but this saddle was comfortable from the get-go.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy changing the gullet was. I thought it was going to be very difficult and would take a long time. It is definitely easier with two sets of hands, but it only took about 10 minutes for the whole process. I got the new panel system with my saddle as well, but I have not tried that yet.
There are two small things that I dislike about this saddle. Firstly, the stirrup bars are very "tight." It was extremely difficult to get the leathers over them - you really do have to just push them on. Second, I hate the strap that is attached to the flaps. If removing it with out making the flaps look funky was an option I'd do it. It doesn't necessarily get in the way, but it is a annoying to have to fuss with it.
Overall, this is a great saddle and I'd highly recommend it!

I have just purchased my second Wintec Isabelle Dressage saddle. I am replacing my first one after 12 years of use. Despite all the years of quite hard use it is still in quite good condition. The Cair panels are as good as the day I first used the saddle. The equisude has held up very well. I am a die hard trail rider and have logged many miles in this saddle. After switching 12 years ago from a Western saddle for trail riding to my the first Isabell Dressage saddle I was amazed at how comfortable it has been. A great feature is I can actually rinse the saddle off if it gets dirty.

I originally purchased the 2008 version and rode in it for about 4 years. The cair in it seemed to have compressed so I returned it and Dover sent me a new one free after finding more problems with the cair. I love this version. They have made many great improvements. The knee rolls are great, and adjustable, and new riser system allows a better fit to any horse, and the essay change gullet has been made even easier! At the end of the day it is not leather, so therefore will wear easier, and you can't really preserve it. It goes until it goes. Great price for a well fitting saddle. If you want a real dressage saddle with support, for a good price this is the one for you!

This saddle makes it easy to keep a correct position. It's extremely comfortable, and the suede finish gives added security on a trail ride. It also provides excellent feel of your horse. The only feature that I don't like is the extra strap that goes over the girth. It doesn't seem to have much function besides being a hassle.

I don't own this saddle but I ride in one at my barn in my lessons, it gives you the correct position with little effort I have confidence issues and this saddle really helps me feel secure when i'm cantering, I am no longer pitched forward and sliding everywhere, when I use my normal leather saddle I feel myself in the correct position with a more secure seat and I know it's thanks to this saddle (plus my awesome trainer!)
