"My gelding Santannah was kicked by another horse severely injuring his left hind suspensory ligament. My vet recommended extended stall rest with a wait and see attitude. His progress was slow,so slow I was concerned he would never be sound again. After 3 months of feeling helpless I decided to try SmartFlex Rehab. After 28 days on SmartFlex Rehab he is off stall rest and on to extended walking! He eats up the pellets like they are a special treat! Santannah will continue on SmartFlex Rehab while he completes his recovery."

"Feeding about a month and a half. My mini had a luxating patella surgery and I put her on this right after surgery.
I cannot say whether or not it seems to be helping.
She hasn't been licking her salt licks since being on this.
Recovery has still been slow.
Without a measurable control... I'm not exactly sure how much it has helped in her actual rehab, but I will keep her on it for a few more months just to be safe.
My mini mare is VERY picky... took about two days for her to actually eat these."

"My horse was diagnosed with a suspensory injury 4 months ago. Although it was a mild injury, I wanted to make sure all of our bases were covered so he recovers fully. My horse will eat the Smartflex Rehab right out of my hand! The quality of the supplement is superb, the ingredients are very substantial and have been a key to his recovery. Yesterday I was able to sit on my horse for the first time in months! I plan to keep him on Smartflex Rehab after his ligament has healed, per the suggestion of our local Smarpak barn rep.

"My geldig is recovering from a chronic acute bowed tendon.. Typical OTTB. I added smartflex rehab saw definite reduction in swelling with in 1 week. I used this for 2 months before have a lameness recheck, and the vet was amazed at the amount of soundness and how much swelling has reduced.. Which was down to nothing! And also commented on how tight his leg looked after such a short period of time! Will continue to use throughout his recovery. Thank you smartpak!!"

"Honestly, I had a horse on this supplement only a week or so before stifle injections. We are also having some chiropractic work done. He is noticeably more comfortable and gaits are better. Likely this is due to the above more aggressive medical treatments, as we had tried several feed-thru joint supplements first (with some but not as dramatic results). However, considering the ingredients for the $ it cannot hurt as part of rehab. It was readily consumed by a horse that can be suspicious of anything different added to his ration. Worth a try, but this is not a fair assessment unless we had not been doing anything else except this supplement."

"Don't know how well it works yet as I 've only been using it for two months. However, my horse loves it. As he has been on stall confinement with limited exercise, I took him off grain and he only gets alfalfa hay. He eats the Rehab pellets right us."

"Been using this for 5 weeks now and the first 3 weeks I didn't see any difference but then... all of a sudden my horse started to put on weight and his strength was building back up again.
Even my riding instructor commented on the big change she saw in a 2-week timeframe.

"I purchased this product because my horse was diagnosed with medial collateral ligament tear. The vet suggested plenty of rest and to restrict his movement. When you have a thoroughbred that enjoys eventing this can be a challenge. My best friend suggested I look into a supplement. After researching several options and customer reviews I decided on the Smartflex Rehab Pellets. I had no trouble with him eating the product but we will have to wait until July when he will be reevaluated via ultra sound. We are praying and keeping our fingers crossed. I will update this review in July."

"My horse had a nasty suspensory tear in September 2012. It was the worst my vet had ever seen. When it tore, a piece of bone came off with it. I decided to try out this supplement knowing that it wouldn't hurt and it would give my horses leg the proper things it needed to heal. It is now March 2013 and after months of strict stall rest and 15 minutes of controlled hand-grazing, my horse has now been cleared to start light riding and turnout. The stall rest and the amount of time are what healed the leg, but this product helped aid in the healing process and did a wonderful job. When the vet took images again last month he was amazed at how good it looked. He even said "is this the same leg?". This is a great product and I would highly recommend it to all horse owners who have an injured horse. Thanks SmartPak!"

"I've had my horse on this product since the beginning of September (so about 5 months). He has a severe DDFT tear in his hoof. The vet didn't recommend anything other than stall rest but I figured I would give this a try. It's hard to say if the supplement is actually working because so many factors can go into a recovery. I would like to think that it did provide some comfort for him when the injury was still causing him a lot of pain as he eased off the bute and stayed comfortable quite well. In general I would say this supplement has all the right ingredients to help a horse recover from a soft tissue injury and certainly can't hurt. I will continue to use it as he recovers and would recommend this to others."

"I tried using Smartflex Rehab after my 4 year old sport horse suffered a carpal medial collateral ligament tear. She has been on Rehab for approximately 50 days and there has been a noticable decrease of heat and inflammation. She has regianed a lot of mobility in the joint and is recovering at a faster than intended pace. Along with recommended veternarian care and support Rehab has made a big difference in her healing process."

"After Hurricane Sandy, I took in a 3yo OTTB who had been badly injured during the storm. For the first 4 weeks he ALWAYS walked everywhere when turned out--not even a trot. He has been on SmartFlex Rehab for 4 weeks and for the past week he runs and bucks immediately after being turned out.
