"Put a beautiful, dappled shine on my Boy! Only problem is the unpleasant taste. I started with a half scoop and he very obviously found it very displeasing. Next day I just sprinkled a small amount on his feed and have gradually built it up to a 1/2 scoop a day. He gets very little grain to mask the taste, but even getting 1/2 the recommended amount of the Smart Omega 3 his coat is soft and gleaming!"

"This is the first product where I can actually see a big difference. My mare's back legs were always a little swollen, but now there is no swelling and also her coat looks really good as well. The only thing that I had a tiny bit of trouble with at first was that my mare did not really care for the taste of the powder, but I kept adding it to her grain and after a couple days she started eating it better, and has ever since. I recommended this product to a friend, whose horse's coat was dry and his back legs also had swelling. She also had very good results and is very happy with this product."

"This has worked very well with my 10 year old QH gelding. It seems to take the edge off him and keep him more focused both at the shows and at home. I am very pleased with the results. Although I have switched over from the powder version of this product to the pellets just recently. My horse seems to like the pellets better than the powder when mixed with other supplements."

"Although one mare doesn't seem to care for the flavor on its own, she'll eat it when it's mixed with her other supplements. The other mare hoovers it up. It's easy to get a nice shiny coat on a sorrel with lots of grooming, but this stuff makes my sorrel glow and made even my dark grey mare's coat flash like steel in the sun. That's especially amazing since the grey is very ticklish and hates deep currying/brushing, so she usually just gets lightly groomed."

"My red 10 yr old Arab has had a dull coat for the 2 years that I have had him, even though he has been healthy otherwise. I tried Smart Shine in addition to Smart Omega 3 Ultra together, and for the first time he finally has a beautiful shine. He also eats the powder right up, which is mixed with his moist beet pulp."

"My horses live the life of competition. They get pasture turn out once or twice a week if they are lucky (at home). Other than that, they are in training, and travel to shows. I continue to believe that maintaining health and fitness are far easier (and less expensive) than recovering after injury, or illness. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. "I am supplementing with this because my horse has tested positive for lyme, and I felt like I wanted to keep her immune system as healthy as possible. So it is impossible to say if it is helping in that department or not, but it does make me feel like I am doing something to help her through this. And everyone comments on how beautiful her coat is, which most likely has something to do with SmartOmega 3. Everything I read states omega threes are helpful for immune and also for inflammation. I would prefer if it were offered in pellets, as some of it can be found at bottom of feed bucket, but for the most part she eats it well."
