Thanks for your question. This kibble does contain high quality grains such as brown rice, barley, millet, and oats. A full ingredient listing is available on the product page, under the Ingredients tab located toward the bottom of the page.

I know it doesn't have the "bad grains" but I think it has some of the "good grains." My dog, Lily can't have most store bought dog foods because the grains make her very sick. She can eat this dog food with no problem at all and has started gaining some weight which is nice because she has always been underweight.
