No - they're all leather. But they are waterproof. I've tramped through mud and water with them, and they are still in excellent condition.

The Dublin River Boots were designed as more of a fashionable boot to wear around the barn when you're doing chores to help keep your feet dry, or even when you're out around town. They do have a heel, so may be worn for occasional riding, but since this wasn't the intended design they may not hold up well for daily riding. They have a Drilex lined calf to help keep your leg cooler and sweat-free.
