Question

I currently use a product called air power....is your product similar to the one I am using??

The one I use now has a lot of herbals in it...how can this particular product be more effective than the one I use now?? This is for a horse who has a lot of respiratory problems.

Thanks for your question. In addition to herbal ingredients similar to Air Power, SmartBreathe also provides MSM to support a normal inflammatory response, and antioxidants such as Grape Seed Extract, Super Oxide Dismutase, Vitamin C and bioflavonoids. This makes it one of the most comprehensive respiratory health supplements available. We recommend that you consult your veterinarian on treatment and management of you horse’s respiratory conditions, as well as which supplement may be best for him or her.

Thanks for your question. SmartBreathe, like many other supplements, has not specifically been evaluated for use in pregnant mares. Therefore, we recommend seeking your veterinarian’s advice about continuing or changing your mare’s supplement program during her pregnancy. With such precious cargo on board, pregnant mares really do need to be “handled with care”, so working on individualized recommendations with your vet is very important.
