There is a link to the sizing chart for these boots at the bottom of the description, which may help you determine if these boots will work well for you. We'd also suggest using the EquiFit Heel Lifts if the boots start out a little too tall.

My dropped about an inch, maybe a bit more. If you're very particular about height I would add up.

They only drop about 1/2 inch, which is substantially less than most other boots that drop an inch to two inches.

You should plan on the height of the boot dropping about 3/4 of an inch and the calf stretching about a half an inch. Buy a tad tall and a tad small.
