Thanks for your questions. This saddle is available in black. It does come with the medium gullet installed, and doesn't come with leathers. We would suggest using either the Wintec Webbers or Wintec Slimline Stirrup Straps with the Wintec Isabell Dressage Saddle..

This saddle only comes in black that I have seen. No leathers came with mine. Yes the medium gullet was installed, and it also included several other sized bars. (:
